ONLINE REGISTRATION 

All participants are required to register through the online registration system as follows

REGISTRATION FEES

Due to a specific Italian law the payment of conference registration fees is VAT EXEMPT for individuals belonging to an Italian University or Public Administration.

In this case please proceed as follows:

• Register on the online registration system and select your category
• fill in the registration form, select payment via bank transfer
• send to the conference organizers at info@emceurope2020.org proof of VAT exemption
• wait for the confirmation email from the organizers to proceed with final payment: at this point you will see the correct (VAT EXEMPT) amount due on your personal account on the online registration system
• proceed with payment.

*Reduced rates are applicable for students: you will be required to upload a signed document attesting your student status on the online registration system.

IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION FOR AUTHORS AND SPEAKERS

All Authors and Speakers are required to pay a full or student registration fee.

One registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE regular paper. Authors presenting additional papers are required to pay a surcharge of 305,00€ vat included (or 220€ vat included for student authors) for each additional paper. Only presented papers will be considered for publication on the IEEE Xplore.

Authors and Speakers are required to register by July 15.

LIVE SESSIONS

The organizing committee has made live sessions available to everyone who is interested in the conference. You will not be required to pay any fee, but you are required to register through the conference system selecting Live events participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The terms and conditions of registration are:

• The EMC Europe 2020 Local Organizing Committee does not provide funds for travel, accommodation, registration or any other incidental expenses.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
• Payments will be fully refunded if the conference is canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
• There will be no refunds on cancellations
